We offer a complete range of random packing from simple, traditional configurations like ceramic balls to state of the art, high performance packing like our proprietary Hiflow Ring design. All of our random packings are available in a wide range of sizes, types, and materials which include metals, plastics, and ceramics.

Our scope of supply of column internals covers the entire range from liquid distributors to support grids and from gas distributors to mist eliminators.

RVT Process Equipment offer mass transfer trays in a wide variety of configurations including sieve trays, valve trays, dual flow trays, cascade trays, tunnel trays and special designs for foaming media.

In addition to all metal materials of construction, our column internals and mass transfer trays can be supplied in a big variety from thermoplastics, e. g. PP, PPH, PE, PVC, PVC-C, PVDF, PTFE, TFM and PFA.

RVT Process Equipment specializes in the design and turnkey delivery of wet scrubbing systems. These are typically used in conjunction with equipment for the incineration of waste streams; as well as, reactor and production units. Thermal secondary combustion chambers are usually combined with flue gas processing units. Stripping plants for ammonia recovery and units for special thermal mass transfer processes are additional focuses of our package unit department.
