Combustion Plants

RVT Process Equipment GmbH designs and delivers turnkey units for the incineration of:

• Exhaust gas
• Waste gases (operationally inert, with high contents of volatiles or explosives)
• Wastewater, liquid residues or solvents

Our scope of supply includes the steel structure, ducts and piping, as well as process control and safety equipment specifically designed for combustion plants.

Natural gas and fuel oil are being used as auxiliary fuels along with low BTU gases, process gases, and organic solvents. The fuel supply devices (even explosion proof ones) and the flue gas discharge are also part of our scope of supply.

The burners, gas and liquid injection nozzles, and the combustion chambers are purpose-built and designed with the construction materials selected according the composition of the waste gas.

All our systems are optimized with respect to the investment and operating costs. We analyze the economics of the preheating of the combustion air or other alternatives to recycle the waste heat. According to the individual requirements steam, hot water, thermal oil or hot gas can be produced.
